Osmanthus Jelly

Today I tried to modify another type of osmanthus by using Konnyaku Jelly. It was easier then my previous recipe.
Ingredients A (Bowl A)
10gm of Konnyaku Jelly (Jim Willie)
150gm of Castor Sugar
Ingredients B (Bowl B)
2 tsp of Osmanthus
5 pieces Red dates (cut into slices)
Some wolfberries

950ml of water

Methods
Mixed ingredient A together and stir well.
Boil 950ml of water until boiling.
Spoon out 100ml of boiler water into a mixture bowl from ingredient B which was contain osmanthus, red dates and wolfberries. Simmer it for 5- 8mins.
Pour out the remaining boiler water into a mixture bowl A stir well until mixture is dissolved and add on the water from mixture bowl B.
Put the ingredients from the bowl B into a mould and pour the Konnyaku solution into the moulds.
Put moulded jelly solution in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve chilled.
